Sometimes, there can be a processing delay between the bank and the application. Allow some time, usually a few minutes (30 minutes), for the coins to reflect in your wallet.
If the delay persists or the transaction isn't reflected anywhere, reach out to customer support.
Provide us with the following information:
- Phone number registered to the application.
- Note the date and time of the transaction.
- Find the transaction ID or reference number (provided by your bank or the application).
- Take screenshots of the bank statement reflecting the debit and the application showing no coins credited.
