4. Look for the date you made the payment
5. Check if any coins have been added to your account on that date
Make sure that you are logged into account where you made the payment
1. Tap on the top right corner icon on the 'Home' page, you will reach the 'My Profile' page
2. Click on the 'Edit Profile' button
3. Locate the registered email id or phone number
4. Please try to match this email id or phone number with the email id or phone number mentioned on the transaction success message sent by Pocket FM
